The Fastory platform lets you optimize your mobile marketing strategy through customized assets.

The Fastory platform lets you optimize your mobile marketing strategy through customized assets. You can combine interactive branding content with your contests in a multichannel experience, from creating the game to analyzing the results.

What is it for?

Fastory lets you easily design gamified experiences (quizzes, race games, Instant Wins...) to engage your audience, collect qualified leads, and offer an immersive experience to your participants. Whether you are in sports, media, retail, or events, you can create your contest from A to Z: game mechanic, screen customization, publishing, sharing, and statistics analysis.

How does it work?

1. Create a game experience

  • In the platform, click Experience.
  • Browse the catalog and choose a game mechanic (for example: runner, quiz, shooter).
  • Click Start to launch the configuration.

2. Customize the game mechanic

Here is an example with the Runner game:

  • Add items to collect (custom images).
  • Include losing items or slow-downs for more challenge.
  • Change the background (image or solid color).
  • Add background music and specific sounds tied to actions.

Also think about the essential settings:

  • Game duration: set the length of the game (for example: 50 seconds).
  • Minimum score: the threshold to reach to win (for example: 50 points).
  • Whether or not to show the Try Again button.

3. Customize the end screen

An optimized end screen extends the experience and steers the user toward your goals:

  • Add a thank-you message.
  • Include a social footer with your social media (custom URLs).
  • Add action buttons (CTAs) to convert toward other content or offers.

4. Create an interactive ChatBot

Several message types are available:

  • Simple message: displays information with no action required.
  • Email field or phone field: collect qualified leads (with error detection).
  • Opt-in: subscribe your participants to newsletters or SMS.
  • Multiple choice: ask questions about purchase preferences.
  • Leaderboard: display the nickname in the leaderboard.
  • Rating: score from 1 to 5, smileys, likes...

💡 Tip: add emojis and media (images or GIFs) to make the experience more engaging.

5. Set up an Instant Win

  1. Create the prizes in the Prizes tab (for example: 10 caps).
  1. Set the contest type in the Contests tab: Instant Win or Prize draw.
  1. The tool automatically generates random times, which can be edited manually.
  1. Adjust the settings: allow multiple wins per day or not, require the email or not.
  1. Link the Instant Win to your Bot via a dedicated field (Countdown or Scratch).
  1. Publish and track the list of winners.

6. Publish your experience

  • From the Draft tab, click Publish.
  • Set the URL and the metadata.
  • Click Go live: your link is ready to be shared.

7. Share and embed your experience

  • Social media: customize the title, description, and preview image for Facebook, X, Instagram...
  • Web embedding: grab the codes (JS scripts or iframe) to display the experience on your website.

8. Check the statistics

Track your campaign's key indicators:

  • Unique users
  • Bot sign-ups
  • CTA clicks
  • Shares
  • Games played
  • Conversion funnel: analyze performance screen by screen to optimize.

9. Create a segment in Audience

  • Go to Audience and click Create a segment.
  • Select the relevant experience.
  • Filter by attribute (email, phone...).
  • Export the data as a CSV to use it.

Best practices

  • Take care of the end screen: a thank-you message, a social footer, and CTAs extend the experience and drive conversion.
  • Add emojis and media (images or GIFs) to your ChatBot to make the conversation more engaging.
  • Adjust the game duration and the minimum score to find the right level of challenge.
  • Customize the title, description, and preview image before sharing your experience on social media.
  • Analyze the conversion funnel screen by screen to identify friction points and optimize each step.
