Bring your season leaderboards to life

Season leaderboards turn your Fanzone into a real competition. They showcase your top participants, keep motivation high, and give fans a reason to come back and play.

From a season's Leaderboard tab, you manage all your leaderboards: the global leaderboard, the weekly leaderboard, leaderboards over a chosen period, and dedicated leaderboards for your Bracket or Starting XI games.

A leaderboard creates stakes. Fans want to climb the table, overtake others, and stay in the Top 3. It is a simple and effective engagement driver for the entire duration of a season.

Leaderboards also let you reward your most active participants, run a competition around a specific key moment, and highlight your best players on a given game.

Finally, you stay in control of what fans see. You choose which leaderboards to display, in what order to feature them, and you can export the results at any time for your CRM operations or prize ceremonies.

You land on the leaderboard, organized into tabs: Global, Week, then any leaderboards you have created by period and by game.

Two leaderboards exist by default in every season:

On the Week tab, a selector lets you choose which week to view. Each week is displayed with its start and end dates. The current week is selected by default.

A Top 3 podium appears above the table as soon as at least three participants are ranked. It highlights the three best participants with their medals.

In addition to the default leaderboards, you can add leaderboards over a time window. Two formats are available:

For a custom period, a date picker lets you adjust the displayed window. Until you confirm, the change remains a preview on the back-office side. Click Update dates to apply the new period and make it visible to fans.

On the Global leaderboard, you choose the ranking unit with the Measurement unit selector:

This setting adapts the display of the leaderboard and the podium to your season's gamification logic.

You can manually award stars to a participant, for example for a bonus, a prize won offline, or a special action.

This action is reserved for accounts with admin rights. It is only available on the Global leaderboard in stars mode, not on the weekly leaderboard or in points mode.

Every leaderboard can be exported as a CSV file with the Export button. The export prepares the file, then downloads it automatically once it is ready.

The file reflects the displayed leaderboard: rank, participant, score and, where applicable, the email of identified participants. The email only appears for a logged-in back-office member of the workspace concerned, since it is personal data. For a game-specific leaderboard, the export may therefore depend on participants being identified by email.

The Display in the Fanzone button opens a panel that controls what fans see.

If no leaderboard is enabled, a message invites you to make at least one visible. Good to know: the podium and the leaderboard appear in the chatbot as well as in the Ranking Block if it is present in your Fanzone.

You can create leaderboards specific to your games. Click Add a leaderboard, then choose the type:

For a game leaderboard, select the Bracket or Starting XI concerned. For a Bracket, two display modes are available:

You can rename each leaderboard to give it a clear name, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

For your fans to see the leaderboards, add the Ranking Block in your Fanzone editor. This Block displays the leaderboards you have made visible from the Display in the Fanzone panel.

Fans will find the global, weekly, period, and game leaderboards there, depending on your visibility settings.

Feature the Week leaderboard in your Fanzone and communicate every Monday about the previous week's winners. You create a rhythm and a reason to come back and play.

For a three-week tournament or an end-of-season operation, add a custom period covering the exact dates. This isolates the best players of that specific event.

Create a Game leaderboard on your Bracket, in by-phase mode, to showcase the best predictors at each stage of the competition.

Did a participant win a prize at a physical event? Award them stars from the Global leaderboard with an explicit activity name, so they also move up the online leaderboard.

Add the Ranking Block in your Fanzone editor, then enable the leaderboards you want from the Display in the Fanzone button in the Leaderboard tab. Only the leaderboards made visible will appear on the fan side.

The Global leaderboard accumulates scores over the entire season, while the Week leaderboard only counts a specific week. The weekly leaderboard is ideal for creating a regular rendezvous, the global leaderboard for crowning a season winner.

Click Add a leaderboard, choose Period leaderboard, then select Custom period and set your dates. Confirm with Update dates to make the period visible to fans. You can create as many custom periods as you need.

Yes. On the Global leaderboard, the Measurement unit selector lets you choose between Stars and Points. This setting adapts the leaderboard and the podium to your season's gamification logic.

On the Global leaderboard in stars mode, click Add stars next to the participant, enter a number between 1 and 1000 and an activity name, then confirm with Award. This action is reserved for admin accounts.

Click the Export button in the Leaderboard tab. The file is prepared, then downloaded automatically. It reflects the displayed leaderboard, with the email of identified participants shown only to a logged-in back-office member.

Yes. Via Add a leaderboard, choose Game leaderboard, then select the Bracket or Starting XI. For a Bracket, you can display an overall game leaderboard or a leaderboard by phase.

The Top 3 podium only appears once at least three participants are ranked. Until that threshold is reached, only the participant table is visible.
