Getting started with Fanzone
The Navigation Menu Block
Learn how to add and configure the Menu Block to give your Fanzone a navigation bar that guides fans to your key tabs, games, and links.
The Menu Block adds a navigation bar to your Fanzone. It helps your fans find their way around and quickly reach your most important content.
What is it for?
The Menu Block structures your Fanzone around a few clear entries. Each entry combines an icon and a label. It lets you guide your fans to your tabs, your games, your external links, or your conversation journeys.
Since it can stay fixed on screen, it keeps your key shortcuts always visible while fans browse.
Add the Menu Block
- Open your Fanzone in the back office.
- Click Add.
- In the Navigation category, select Menu.
- Add your entries and configure their actions.
Configure the menu entries
Add an entry
- Add an entry to the menu.
- Choose its action, which defines its destination.
- Adjust its icon and label if needed.
You can add up to 5 entries in a menu.
Possible destinations
Each entry can lead to:
- another tab of your Fanzone;
- a website or an external link;
- a conversation journey;
- a social network;
- a login or signup action;
- access to the results.
Position the menu
You can choose how the menu behaves on screen:
- not fixed, it scrolls with the content;
- fixed at the top of the page;
- fixed at the bottom of the page;
- fixed on the side, on desktop.
The position can be set separately for mobile and desktop, so it adapts to each type of screen.
Best practices
- Keep the menu to a few essential entries to stay readable.
- Use short, explicit labels.
- Put the most important action for your fans first.
- On mobile, a menu fixed at the bottom of the page stays easy to reach with a thumb.
