Getting started with Fanzone
The Instagram Feed Block
Learn how to display your latest Instagram posts in your Fanzone with the Instagram Feed Block and turn visitors into followers.
The Instagram Feed Block displays your latest Instagram posts directly in your Fanzone. Your fans discover your social content without leaving the page and can join your profile in one click.
What is it for?
Your Instagram account is often your most active channel. This Block brings that content into your Fanzone: your recent posts appear in a visual carousel that is always up to date.
It is a great way to bring your Fanzone to life with no extra production effort, and to turn your visitors into Instagram followers.
Access the Block
- Open your Fanzone in the back office.
- Click Add a Block.
- Select Instagram.
Main features
Connect your Instagram account
The Block needs an Instagram account connected to your workspace. If no account is linked, the editor displays a message: connect your Instagram account from the Fanzone settings, in the Connections tab.
Once the account is connected, your posts are retrieved automatically and appear in the Media section of the editor.
Refresh your posts
Your latest posts are loaded when the account is connected. To fetch your most recent posts at any time, click the Refresh button below the media preview.
The button to your profile
The Block can display a button below the carousel that opens your Instagram profile in a new tab. In the Button section, you can:
- choose an icon or an emoji;
- enter the button label;
- show or hide the button with the Show and Hide actions.
Adjust the style
In the style settings:
- Size: Small, Medium or Large, to control how many posts are visible on screen;
- Ratio: the display format of the thumbnails, for example 1:1, 9:16, 16:9 or 4:3.
Fan-side behavior
In the Fanzone, the Block displays your most recent posts, up to 6, in a carousel with navigation arrows.
- Clicking a post opens the original post on Instagram, in a new tab.
- Videos and albums are marked with a small icon on the thumbnail.
- If the posts cannot be loaded, the Block hides itself automatically to avoid showing an empty area.
Best practices
- Click Refresh after an important post so it appears in your Fanzone right away.
- Choose a ratio that matches your content: 1:1 for a classic feed, 9:16 if you mostly publish Reels.
- Keep the button visible with an engaging label, for example "Follow us on Instagram", to turn your visitors into followers.
