Predictor Football

The Predictor Football Block lets your fans predict the matches of their favorite team or championship, directly from your Fanzone. Matches and questions are generated automatically: you choose a team or a league, and Fastory takes care of the rest.

With Predictor Football, you turn every matchday into an engagement moment. Your fans predict the exact score and answer bonus questions about the match, then earn points when the official results come in.

It is a great way to bring your community back before every match, feed your Leaderboard, and reward your most loyal fans. Match data (teams, logos, dates, championship) is retrieved automatically: you have nothing to enter by hand.

You follow a single team or a single league per Block. To change your selection, remove the followed team or league and search for a new one.

For each match, a series of questions is generated automatically:

The exact score question is enabled by default: it also determines the match winner. The other questions are enabled match by match in the Additional questions selection section of the editing window.

On the fan side, questions are displayed as cards. For the exact score, the fan adjusts each team's score, then confirms with the Confirm button. For the other questions, a simple click on the answer is enough.

This progressive opening encourages your fans to come back regularly to the Fanzone. You can customize each match's dates:

An entry sent before the opening or after the closing is automatically rejected: the window is enforced on the server side.

When the match is over, Fastory automatically retrieves the official results (final score, match data) and calculates each participant's points, with no action on your part.

Correct predictions earn points and stars: the exact score is the best-rewarded prediction, and each correct bonus question adds extra points. If odds display is enabled, the winner prediction's gains are weighted by the odds: predicting an underdog's win earns more.

You can also enter the results yourself, for example to validate a match earlier:

The points earned on predictions feed your Fanzone's leaderboard: your fans find their score in the Leaderboard and track their progress throughout the season. Their profile also shows their prediction statistics: number of predictions played, successful, and perfect.

A Predictor Football tab is available in your Fanzone's Analytics. You can analyze the whole game with All predictions or select a specific match.

Key indicators:

Conversion funnel: visualize the players' journey, from Unique participants to Fanzone sign-ups then to Email sign-up, with the Overall completion rate. This shows you where players drop off.

Acquisition sources: discover which channels bring your participants to the prediction game, with the number of sessions per source.

Loyalty sections round out the analysis: Participation breakdown, New vs returning, and Participant retention (D+7, D+30, D+90, D+180). These loyalty statistics are available at the game level: select All predictions to display them, as they would not be representative on a single match.

Select your championship: all the matchday's matches are generated automatically and open at the same time. Your fans predict the whole matchday in one visit, then come back to discover their points after the matches.

Select your team: only its matches are offered. Add the bonus questions (first goal, corners) to extend the experience beyond the simple score.

Set the Post-completion action to Open the login modal: after their predictions, the fan is invited to create their account to save their points. Then track the conversion in the Conversion funnel of the Analytics tab.

Open your Fanzone editor, click Block, search for Predictor Football in the library, then place the Block where you want. Then select a team or a league to follow: matches and questions are generated automatically.

The main question is the match's exact score, which also determines the winner. You can enable bonus questions per match: team that scores first, first substitution, most fouls, most corners, 0-0 at half-time, and half-time score identical to the final score.

By default, predictions close 10 minutes before kick-off and open 3 hours after the previous match's kick-off; the first match is available from the publication of the Fanzone. You can customize these dates match by match via the Edit button.

Yes. At the end of the match, official results are retrieved automatically and all participants' points are calculated with no action on your part. You can also enter the results manually in the Results and scoring window, whose fields are pre-filled with official data when available.

Each correct answer earns points, and the exact score is the best-rewarded prediction. If odds are enabled, predicting an underdog's win earns more. Points feed the Fanzone's Leaderboard, and each fan's profile shows their prediction statistics.

Go to your Fanzone's Analytics tab, Predictor Football section. There you will find the key indicators (total entries, unique participants, sign-ups, average per participant), the conversion funnel, acquisition sources, and loyalty statistics (breakdown, new vs returning, retention).

Yes. Each match has a Hide / Show button that controls its visibility on the Fanzone. The match stays in your configuration and can be reactivated at any time.

Predictor Football covers the matches of a football team or league, with an exact-score prediction and bonus questions about the match. Predictor MMA covers fights, with the prediction of the winner and the method of victory (KO/TKO, Submission, Decision).
