How to invite colleagues to a workspace? – Fastory

The Fastory workspace lets you work as a team on your experiences. Invite your team members to create and manage your campaigns together.

What is it for?

By inviting your colleagues to your workspace, you unify the creation workflow with your team: each collaborator accesses the platform with their own account and works on the same projects.

💡 By default, all members are assigned the Administrator role. Depending on your plan, different roles can be assigned to each collaborator. Contact us at support@fastory.io to benefit from the different roles.

How to invite a colleague?

Click the Team icon.

Click Invite.

In the window that opens, enter your colleagues' email addresses and choose their role.

Your colleagues receive an email invitation: it lets them create an account, or join the workspace if they already have a Fastory account.

Share statistics without inviting

If a client or a partner only wants to view the Statistics page, there is no need to invite them to the workspace. You can share the public statistics page by clicking the Share button at the top right of the page.

Best practices

Check your colleagues' email addresses before sending the invitation.

Choose the right role for each collaborator from the moment you invite them.

Contact support@fastory.io if you want to assign differentiated roles depending on your plan.

Prefer sharing the public statistics page for a client or partner who only wants to view the results.

Invite each member of your team from the Team icon: everyone works in the same workspace, each with their own account.

If you want to adjust a collaborator's rights

Depending on your plan, you can assign a different role to each collaborator. Contact support@fastory.io to benefit from it.

No need to invite them to the workspace: share the public statistics page via the Share button at the top right of the Statistics page.
