Getting started with Fanzone

The Embed Block (third-party content)

Learn how to use the Embed Block to display third-party content such as X (Twitter) posts, Instagram publications, TikTok videos, Spotify playlists and YouTube videos directly in your Fanzone.

The Embed Block lets you integrate external content directly into your Fanzone. You paste an embed code provided by the platform, and the content appears on your page.

What is it for?

This Block enriches your Fanzone with third-party content without having to recreate it.

It is ideal for displaying a social post, a video or a music track, and extending your fans' engagement directly on the page.

You keep the experience seamless, without forcing your fans to open multiple apps.

Add the Embed Block

  1. Open your Fanzone in the back office.
  1. Click Add.
  1. In the Content category, select Embed.
  1. Paste the embed code of the content you want to display.

Supported platforms

The Embed Block automatically recognizes several types of content, including:

  • X (Twitter): posts and threads;
  • Instagram: publications;
  • TikTok: videos;
  • Spotify: tracks, albums and playlists;
  • YouTube and other video players.

The Block detects the platform from the code you paste and adjusts the display accordingly.

Configure the display

Paste the embed code

Get the embed code from the original platform, then paste it into the dedicated field. The content then appears in the Fanzone.

Choose the format

For video content, you can choose a display ratio: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9 or 4:3.

Some content, such as X (Twitter), Instagram and TikTok posts, keeps its original format. The ratio setting is therefore not needed for this content.

Add a button

You can add an action button below the embedded content, for example to redirect to a related page.

Best practices

  • Always paste the official embed code provided by the platform.
  • Stick to one piece of content per Block to keep your page clear.
  • Choose a ratio that matches the original format of your videos.
  • Check the result after saving, as the final display depends on the source platform.

Concrete use cases

If you want to highlight a key moment, embed a social post

A club can display an X (Twitter) post or a TikTok video of a goal or a celebration.

If you want to share your sound identity, embed Spotify content

A brand can embed a Spotify playlist to extend its musical identity into the Fanzone.
