On which channels can you share and distribute an experience?

Discover all the channels where you can share a Fastory experience, from social media and email to SMS, push notifications, and QR codes at physical events.

Your experience is accessible via a link, on a web page that requires an internet connection. The advantage: you can share it across a wide variety of channels and multiply the touchpoints with your target audiences.

1. Social media

Whenever possible, favor sponsored posts to guarantee significant traffic to the experience.

On all social networks, the experience opens in a webview inside the app: it does not open a new tab in the browser. Users navigate easily and return to the social media page in one click.

  • Facebook: as an organic or sponsored post, most formats work well for sharing Fastory experiences.
  • Instagram: with the Link sticker in a story (organic or sponsored) or as a link in the bio.
  • TikTok: as an organic or sponsored post via a CTA on the ad.
  • X: as an organic or sponsored post.
  • Snapchat: as an organic or sponsored post.

2. On a website

You can embed your experience as an iframe on your website or blog. Check out the article "How do I embed my experience on my website?" to discover the available embed types.

3. By email

Via a button in a newsletter, for example.

4. By SMS

Via a link included in the SMS.

5. In a push notification

Via a link included in the notification.

6. In person (points of sale, trade shows, giant screens...)

Via a QR code, printed or displayed live on a giant screen, for example.

Optimize your distribution

  • Polish your metadata (title, description, share thumbnail image): check out the article "How do I change the metas for your social networks?".
  • Track each channel with different UTMs to identify your best traffic sources: check out the article "What are UTMs for and how do I use them on my experience?".
