In this example we created an attribute called "dotation" as well as 2 keys: samsung and iphone.

These keys will be manually inserted in the URL of the game and will automatically fill the "dotation" column in the .csv file.

You don't need to create keys for default attributs, it's only useful for your custom attributes.

Once the bot is set, you need to add the attribute and keys in the URL.

2/ Personalize the URL

At the end of the URL you need to add the attribute and the keys like this:

Example :

You can also add several attributes in the same URL by using & as separations:

Example :

3/ Collect the information

In the "Bot" file in the Audience tab of your workspace, you'll find all the attributes as well as the keys inserted in the URL.

Example to better understand

You want to run an internal contest for different business units (human ressource department, marketing department and accounting department) and find out which department the players belong to.

In the pre-filling parameters of the bot, you will have to add :

  • attribute > services
  • Keys > 3 keys > Human ressource, Marketing, Accounting

The participants will have access to the same url : nevertheless you can add a parameter to your url to dissociate the participation of your players according to their departments. The URLs will appear as follows:

Once the game is closed, you can find the information in a CSV file. You will have to download it from your workspace, at the audience page

Note: the participant must open the bot for the data to be saved in the CSV file.
