You can add different types of CTAs inside the bot and especially at the end of the conversation in order to redirect your audience towards your website, your social media pages or a store to download your app.
You can add a button inside every type of message inside the bot excepted "Legal Notices".
To do so, click on "
Add button" :
Define a text for the button and a URL. Then choose a style (predefined or custom):
Here it is, now you can add as many buttons as you like inside the bot!
