The add-on Bot: conversational path allows you to create different path in the bot and to display specific messages depending on the answers given by the user.
What types of messages can you use to create paths?
- single choice
- instant win
- legal notice
- free text
Single choice message
- insert the single choice question in your bot
- set up the question and answers
- click on
add logic

- insert as many conditions as answers you have
- choose an answer
- choose towards which message you want to redirect the user

Instant win message
The steps are the same than for the single choice question. Here you can create different paths depending on the results of the instant win.

Depending on what the user typed, you can display a specific message.
Warning: you need to think about all the possibilities in terms of spelling, uppercase... and add as many conditions as you have possibilities.
