When you decide to integrate a bot in an experience, you can use the feature: Bot: send proof of purchase. This feature allows you to retrieve media uploaded by participants such as a proof of purchase ticket.

Request for add-on activation

  • From your workspace, go to the Add-ons page

  • Click on the search bar and type Bot: Proof of purchase upload

Information: if you do not have access to this add-on, please contact us by clicking on the Contact us button and filling out the activation request form. You will then be contacted by our team ( Bot: Proof of purchase upload can be taken as an option in your subscription).

What types of media are allowed in the bot?

  • images JPEG, PNG, animated GIF

  • videos mp4, webm

  • audios mp3, wav, x-wave, mpeg

Zip formats are not allowed. Remember to unzip your files before uploading your media.

What is the maximum size and weight of the media uploaded?

  • images: 8 MB and 2000 px width and height

  • video : 25 MB

  • audio : 25 MB

How can I collect uploaded media in the bot?

Information: your experience must be published. The status "Publish" will allow you to have access to the different attributes collected.

  • From your workspace, go to the audience page

  • Select the bot in the Bots filter

  • Then click on Export

  • Export the CSV file

Once the export is done, you will be able to view the uploaded media in your CSV file.
