This integration allows HubSpot users to have Fastory actions such as screen views, or microsite/landing page interactions appear in the appropriate contact timeline automatically.

The information from each contact is enriched through the Facebook login option available upon content creation within the Fastory studio.

In order to use this integration, you will need the following: an active HubSpot account, an active Business or Enterprise Fastory subscription, a published Fastory landing page or microsite, and a Facebook login button on one of your content screens.

Activating the HubSpot integration

STEP 1
Log in to your Fastory account and search for HubSpot in the Marketplace

STEP 2
Click on the OFF toggle to activate the integration addon

STEP 3
Go to your content section and select the Microsite or Landing Page  you would like to connect to HubSpot and click 'Edit'

STEP 4
Click on the yellow 'Share' button at the top right on the studio

STEP 5
Scroll to the bottom of your screen and click on the orange 'Connect' button in the HubSpot section

STEP 6
Grant access to the Fastory application

Congratulations! You have now connected your HubSpot and Fastory accounts.


You can verify that the integration is active by going to your HubSpot account and opening the Apps section in your settings. The Fastory app should be visible:

Now that you have connected HubSpot to your Fastory account, you will be able to track your visitors interactions on your landing pages and micro sites.

Please note: the Fastory connector will ONLY collect the email, first name, last name, and track visit behaviors from your visitors if they logged with Facebook.
