The Hubspot integration gives you the best of both worlds: the ability to seamlessly manage your leads with HubSpot and immersive and engaging storified microsite mobile experiences.

It allows you to automatically send information about contact collected with Fastory to your Hubspot Account.

You'll also be able to see insights concerning your storified microsite in your Hubspot KPIs dashbaords.

Before You Start

First of all, the Hubspot Integration Add-on has to be enabled. You can easily check it out from the marketplace on your workspace.

This Add-on is not enabled on free accounts. Click on the "Contact us" button which is shown instead to get a quote or more information about Fastory pricing plans.

How to connect with your Hubspot account?

Once the Add-on is enabled, you'll be able to connect stories with your Hubspot account from the Share>Social Media part of your microsite.

You'll have the capability to disconnect the integration from there too.

Insights sent from your microsite

Everytime someone visits a page on your Fastory microsite, the information will be sent to your Hubspot Account.

Sessions and all information referred will be then added to your Hubspot insights. For example, sessions from the Fastory microsite will be added to the "Sessions", "Traffic Metrics" or "Engagement Metrics" Hubspot reports (Web Analytics category).

Contacts Data and Insights

When a visitor will be identified (Facebook Login or Forms), he will be added or updated on your Hubspot account with data collected from Fastory.
For example, new user created will appear on the "Most Recently Created Contact" Hubspot report.

Just like sessions, insights about contacts will be available in reports from the "Contact" category on Hubspot reports library.

In addition, sessions and data about their visits will be displayed on contacts timeline in order tolet you know when a contact has visited a microsite and how he behaved on it.

Custom property in HubSpot

In HubSpot, properties hold basic information about a contact, such as the first name, the last name and the email address.

In addition to HubSpot's default contact properties, you can create a custom property to learn more about the people watching your stories:

culture (Single-line text)
currency (Single-line text)
facebookid (Single-line text)
gender ((Single-line text)
avatar (Single-line text)

Enjoy! 😊
